This page has been created as guidance for surfers to provide them with a tool for the correct use of the site and offer them support in case of need.
The web site is divided into 3 macro-areas:

• Heading and horizontal menu
• Left-hand side vertical menu
• Content

Heading and horizontal menu

The upper part of the web site features the heading, which provides for language change by clicking on one of the three available flags Italian, English and Croatian, as well as by a horizontal menu with six entries, including the direct link to the AIC Forum and the reserved area, which can be accessed by username and password. If this data is not available, login can be effected after filling in the registration form.

A click on each single entry gives you access to the corresponding web site area.
The link the user wishes to select becomes grey when moving the mouse over it, while it stays grey when the user is inside the corresponding web site area: for example, if the user is on the home page, the home page link becomes grey; if he/she is in the web site section of useful links, the useful links entry is marked grey, and so on.

Right below the horizontal menu in the left-hand side of the site a sentence telling the user where he/she is in that specific moment is also displayed: the writing appears I am in: home page if the user is navigating the home page; or I am in: useful links if the user is navigating the useful links area, and so on.

Left-hand side vertical menu

The left-hand side vertical menu features six entries, including the link contact us, which makes it possible to fill in a contact form when clicking on it, or the login link, through which it is possible to access the web site reserved area.
The reserved area of the web site can be accessed in two ways:

1. by directly digiting in username and password in the login section of the left-hand side vertical menu and then clicking on the login button with blue background
2. by clicking on login, digiting in username and password and clicking on the enter button with blue background.

If the user does not still have a username or a password, he can register after filling in the registration form.
A click on each single entry provides access to the corresponding web site area.
The link the user wishes to select becomes white when moving the mouse over it, while it stays white when the user is inside the corresponding web site area: for example, if the user is in the women entrepreneurship section, the women entrepreneurship link becomes white; if he/she is in the web site section of businesses, the corresponding businesses entry is marked white, and so on.
At the end of the vertical menu, the logo of the Chamber of Commerce of Ancona with a link to the relevant web site is also displayed.

Content

The content is the most important part of the web portal and is in the centre of the page.
This section presents all relevant contents related to the area that has been selected from the various menus.
